No SSN Required to Purchase a Home

Did you know a resident without a social security number can purchase a home? The IRS has used the ITIN, or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, for years as a way of identifying individuals who are working on obtaining legal status.  We just closed on a home to an individual without a SSN number and it was a smooth, hassle free process!  We would love the opportunity to use our 35+ years of expertise to show you how great home ownership can be!
