THE TAX CREDIT!
Thankfully buyers can continue to benefit from the tax credit. Qualifying first time home buyers and eligible current homeowners alike can continue to take advantage of the tax credit a little bit longer. In order to qualify for the credit, all contracts need to be in effect no later than April 30, and close no later than June 30, 2010.
